Ingredients
- Chamomile, flower (Matricaria recutita) (25%);
- dandelion, leaf (Taraxacum officinale) (25%);
- peppermint, leaf (Mentha piperita) (15%);
- lemon balm, leaf (Melissa officinalis) (15%);
- lemon verbena, leaf (Aloysia citriodora);
- star anise, fruit (Illicium verum).
Preparation and dosage
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag (1.5 g) and leave it to infuse for 5 - 8 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked. Tea is drunk warm, 1- 3 times a day. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
