Alchemilla, herb (Alchemilla sp. Div., herba) 1.5 g
Preparation and dosage:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag (1.5 g) and leave it to infuse for 5 – 10 minutes. It must not be cooked. The infusion is drunk warm, 2-3 times a day. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
