- Milk Thistle fruit (Silybum marianum) 2.5 g. May contain parts of cereals. Contains gluten.
Preparation and dosage
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag (2.5 g) and leave it to infuse for 10 - 15 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked. The infusion is always prepared fresh, immediately before use. The infusion is drunk warm. One cup is served 1-3 times a day.
