Ingredients:
- Goldenrod, leaf (Solidago gigantea, S. canadensis) 40 %
- hibiscus, flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa)
- rosehip, fruit (Rosa canina) (15 %)
- elderflower (Sambucus nigra) 10 %
- cranberry juice (dry concentrate) (Vaccinium macrocarpon) 10 %
- licorice, root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) (5 %)
- dill, fruit (Anethum graveolens).
Preparation:
1 infusion bag (1.5 g) is poured over 0.25 l of boiling water and left to infuse for 5-10 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked. The infusion is drunk warm, 3-5 times a day. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
