Ingredients:
- Chamomile, flower (Matricaria recutita) 25 %;
- elderflower (Sambucus nigra) 25 %;
- linden, flower (Tilia cordata, T. platyphyllos) 25 %;
- wild thyme (Thymus serpyllum) 25 %.
Preparation and dosage:
1 infusion bag (1.5 g) is poured over 0.25 l of boiling water and left to infuse for 5-10 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked. The infusion is drunk warm, 1-3 times a day. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
