- Lemon balm herb (Melissa officinalis, herba) 1.5 g
Preparation
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag (1.5 g) and leave it to infuse for 5 - 10 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked. The infusion is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
