- Rosehip, fruit (Rosa canina, Rosa sp.) (39%)
- rooibos, leaf (Aspalathus linearis)
- lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) (15%)
- lemongrass herb (Cymbopogon nardus)
- spearmint, leaf (Mentha spicata var. crispa) (10%)
- blackcurrant, fruit (Ribes nigrum)
Preparation and dosage
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag (1.5 g) and leave it to infuse for 5 - 10 minutes in a covered container. It must not be cooked. Tea is drunk warm, once a day. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
